Every photoshoot is different, because every person, business and story is different.
For me, styling a shoot isn’t about creating a version of you that only exists for the camera. It’s about understanding what the photos need to achieve, choosing outfits that work with the location and your story, and making sure that when you step in front of the camera, you still feel completely like yourself.
Because when you feel comfortable in what you’re wearing, you can stop thinking about the clothes. You can relax, move, laugh and enjoy the experience.
And that’s when the best photos happen.
Make your photshoot count
The photos will last longer than the day.
There’s a lot that goes into planning a professional photoshoot. Finding the right photographer, choosing a location, making the time and deciding what you want those images to say.
But what are you going to wear?
It can easily become one of those decisions left until the end. Then suddenly the shoot is days away, you’re standing in front of your wardrobe trying on everything you own, and nothing feels quite right.
