Winter is the perfect time to add a scarf to your outfit.
Whether it’s silk or wool here are some tips to help to add the right scarf for YOU 😎
Scarf Tip # 1
Firstly check is the scarf in colours that enhance your features? As it’s worn close to your face make sure you only invest in scarves that flatter your eye, hair and skin tone. ✨
Scarf Tip # 2
Scarves should ideally reference other colours in your outfit. If you have a green jumper on, then ideally that shade of green should appear in the scarf. (Hint a scarf that has several shades of one or two colours will have more versatility than just 1 or 2 solid colours) ✨
Scarf Tip # 3
The most versatile shape for a silk or silk blend scarf is square. Ideally 90cm x 90cm but 70cm x 70cm is ok too. ✨
Scarf Tip # 4
A scarf is a great way to add warmth and personality your outfit. Avoid it being an afterthought. If your current scarf collection is tired or the colours are less than flattering, consider investing in some new colours and styles. 💃✨
